    Regarding "Google gets heat for allegedly disrespecting its elders" - this is not surprising. Age bias at Google, and many other hi-tech companies in the Valley, is endemic. Too bad – the kind of experience seasoned veterans bring to the table can help companies, yes even the mighty and omnipotent Google, avoid a lot of painful mistakes. Too bad, Google's arrogance and ignorance on this subject remind me of a certain Washington leader’s arrogant hubris on Iraq.
