    Will Msft-Yahoo hurt startups? Just goes to show you who the wannabe VCs are. Mr. Stolle and Efrusy, you would have one less possible EXIT STRATEGY for your investments, or did you forget about that part? Two entities poring over possible acquisitions is a whole lot better than one. Simply supply and demand.

    The less acquirors left, the higher their bids if they all want the same startup. Pure game theory. ))
