    I think it's easy to underestimate how intrinsically the SaaS model is going to change the software industry. I certainly have. Aside from the ROI and customer use advantages, I think a key development is the appearance of application exchanges. My own believe is that these exchanges are the most valuable piece of the whole equation. So far, the most popular exchanges are company specific (e.g., Salesforce, Apple, etc.), but I gotta believe someone is going to jump on the opportunity to create an independent exchange where you can mix, match and integrate different apps.

    Buena entrevista, coincido con la visión de MB sobre la proxima generación de aplicaciones integradas a redes sociales, hay un interes creciente de esta interaccion mas alla de un CRM a nivel financiero, SCM.... mas cercana al ERP "Social Bussines".
