I opened http://www.couponshouse.com and I offer tons of coupons! Everyday I analyze similar websites to verify if there is something new on the market and until now Savings.com didn't come out with anything new.
How did they spent 4 mil$?

I think they meant to include http://www.shoppersresource... and not shoppersource.com.

why would they need $4M when http://retailmenot.com is quite profitable with a small team and no outside funding? not to mention competition from big companies like http://deals.yahoo.com and small scrappy startups like http://www.searchalldeals.com, http://fatwallet.com etc.
