I would assume it's their choice, since they handle the billing. But if a reseller is just offering the standard Premiere Edition of Google Apps without extending it or including otherservices, I can't imagine they could charge more than $50 a head, which is Google's price. Since resellers have to pay Google $40 a head, they'd get $10 per user.

Uh, I think we're talking about two different hings. This is about Google allowing other companies to sell Google products. You're talking about some kind of Google-built online marketplace for non-Google products.
