Will HTML continue to be accessible for the non-professional developer?

The more complex we make HTML, the less likely that non-web professional will use it. I guess this is good-- More business for web developers and designers!

I had to post it twice. It might have been something wrong with my browser, Chrome which crashed shortly afterwards :(
