    Hi Matt,

    I would like to clarify something with you. Do you mean to say that Google's product managers 'scoured' the market(they searched very carefully) or that they 'soured' the market (they have made it a very uncomfortable place to be)?

    I currently use Mozilla Thunderbird to access my Gmail account. Is that what you mean by offline?
