I worry sometimes about spamming my FB friends with tweets. Personally, I'm not a huge TweetDeck fan, so looks like I'll be using the first option (#FB hashtag).

I agree with you with regards to filtering. Most of my facebook friends are not twitter members so they dont have interest of such with my tweets. I've often times invited the to twitter, but I think until they are willing to use twitter we should avoid trying to annoy the none twitter users.
