It is definitely an interesting time to attend a venture conference. Rich discussed the current crises and did a great job of exposing how people are being overly pessimistic, but he was not too optimistic either. Everything is dropping, being laid off or obsolete. But what really brightened my day yesterday was seeing Warren Buffet's comments on an interview. He said "be fearful when everyone is greedy, and be greedy when everyone is fearful"... that's why he says this is a great time to buy real estate and stocks. And that he's been doing.
