Yuri Ammosov · 2 years agoEV-DO has been an option for notebooks for almost 2 years now, and on most occasions this was a internal mini-card hooked to one provider only (e.g. Verizon). Yes, you can go online alright, but you gotta pay for this priviledge a monthly fee - or worse, per MB of downstream/upstream traffic.
