    Their customer service is terrible......they promise to send you a simple welcome kit and it does not arrive...you call and call...when you speak to someone you get interrupted......it seems as if they do what they can not to help....you ask to speak to a supervisor and they send you to someone in a different department.....they say a supervisor will call you back and they dont call......BUT DONT WORRY THE BILL ARRIVES RIGHT AWAY WITH NO DELAYS.

    GREAT CALL AND JITTERBUG HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ETHICS OR CLASS. THE COMPANY IS RUN BY MORONS. THEY THRIVE ON RIPPING OFF AND ABUSING SENIOR CITIZENS.

    The company is a virtual firm - meaning the employees are all contractors that could care less about the customers. And their customer service operation is one of the worst in the industry!!
