    People like the anonymity of the Internet. Only a few people will let know their location.
    I would only want to expose my location to people I trust. Not to everybody or to all my followers or people I follow.

    Agree with engagoteam. Probably there are some lessons one could learn from Google latitude - people stopped sharing their location after the hype was over.
