    I for one give them points for offering the option. I have no problem with automation when it works, but when it doesn't I don't want to be left hanging. Kudos to V-Enable to knowing that there is more than one solution to a problem.

    In fact, if you don't have a web browser and still need local search, try 800-411-SAVE. They're another company that realizes that real people can help when automation fails.
