Their offering seems to be quite comprehensive on a technical level.
However, they're not the only ones chasing the "parent and baby" market, there's also a company called Dropshots that has been doing the same for some time; And if you want really advanced technology and service there's a company called Forbidden Technologies ( http://www.forbidden.co.uk ) which has a private offering (no public family pics on the front-page, etc.) called Clesh at http://www.clesh.com

I like their website and the do-it-yourself tools they offer. I think they will have a good business.

Hmmn.. Wonder how effective is the strategy of creating a service targeted just at a niche market segment (ex: just mom's market) from having a service that can be used by everyone but provides an option to tag/categorize accordingly!
