Not to sell it short, but this sounds pretty much like a Wiki with embeddable content types and asynchronous updates.

Wow. Wave is incredible. On a different note, I've never heard a Chinese Australian English accent before... sorta weird but cool. Like watching Jack Black flex his butt cheeks in Nacho Libre.
