    Looks like yet another proof how quickly a company can grow into a behemoth from a startup and spoil the costs structure - now they have traffic up and could optimize the display vs CPC ads probably but instead they need to cut costs on things that have been doing the company unhealthy for the past few years.

    I think the major problem lies in the management. They need to get things chalked out to avoid more cuts as saving cash by booting employees, especially when it is management's decisions that have wreaked havoc.
