    Yeah, the competition is pretty strong in this segment nowadays. Basecamp - the most popular project management software is now being displaced by more relevant tools, with better PM features. One of those is Wrike [http://www.wrike.com] I've bben watching them for about half a year now. They are keeping up the good work month after month.

    You are right about the sophistication of these tools. There is another one called www.deskaway.com that includes reporting as well as blogs.

    I am all for tools that make your more productive. Twitter has its place but I try to limit the time I am on live. I have picked up some valuable content from Twitter.
