    Maybe they'll use the funds to make their product not run like molasses, and update to add features that most other CRMs have that they're lacking. I've worked with ZenDesk and my company had to shift CRMs.

    Boy it's very popular to be Zen this season :)
    Look at those people who are trying to be SaaZ ( Software as a Zen ) instead of SaaS :)
