This is the biggest problem in the Valley is companies with no real reason to have a CEO.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Check back when your company is making a profit. It depends on what the founders want and what the market allows.  And sometimes it takes longer than 2 years to grow a significant business.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There are too many startups that are allowed to die in the name of scaling.
